I was visited Cres Wellness last month at their Gardens outlet to try out this treatment. I love the location of this place, it's quiet and exclusive!

After I filled up the necessary forms , I was lead to my room.

This is the room where I will be having my Body Regenerist Fruitti Spa treatment.

On the bed, I was given a set of stuff to use. I gotta change and put on disposable panties and shower cap before wrapping myself in towel. FYI this is a body treatment, one is expected to take off all their clothes and jewellery so that the theraphist could perform her job.

I am lying on the bed, waiting for my theraphist.

My theraphist walked in and explained what she is going to do and then start to work her way.

Content of the Treatment (Ingredient & Benefit)

Anti Stress Back Massage
Using vitamin riched aromatic botanical essential oil, total relaxation of mind and body, stimulate detoxification through lymph nodes, increase blood circulation and de-stress the tensed muscle.

Frutti Scrub

She started massaging my body and it was the right pressure. I can feel that she was very experience. A few minutes of the relaxing massage, I went into sleeping mode...

Then I was awaked by the smell of the fruity scrub. The scrub contains natural marine sea salt, luscious rose petals and pineapple puree... (no wonder smell so good!). I was told this scrub will remove dead skin cells of my body & leaving my body baby-smooth.

Shortly after that , the theraphist applied Fruitti Yoghurt Masque which contains natural fruits extracts from pineapple, lemon, rose and orange. The masque is rich in Vitamin C and fruit enzymes that will make skin incredibly elastic and hydrated. For better absorption, I was wrapped in Thermal Blanket Heat Infusion.

Then I was lead to spa room, here my theraphist has prepared something special for me. I was about to enjoy Fruitti Bubble Bath.

I was suprise when I saw a hot cup of milo and biscuit and put it beside my bath tub for me to enjoy.

Ah.. feeling so heavenly at this moment!

Nom nom nom.... true enough, I was feeling quite hungry after the massage!

After massage, makan and minum... time to soak in a tub of warm creamy bubble bath rich ... this is so relaxing ....Spent around 20 minutes here before I had a good shower.

Review : Laneige Styling Romantic Eye Palette from Laneige’s Styling Romantic Fall/Winter Makeup Collection

Laneige Styling Romantic collection was created in conjuction with the holiday season 2011. Hence do expect the eyeshadows colour to be glittery as it's usually party party party time during year end!

It comes with 2 applicators. And I do notice one of the applicator has a bigger "head" and I thought will be great to use to apply on all over the eyelid but the sponge applicator don't really seems to pick up the powder that well.. And I'm always happy to use my fingers to apply & blend because I find it faster and the blending looks better!

The 3 colours in this Laneige Styling Romantic Eye Palette are Pearly Beige, Shimmer Cocoa and Deep Brown.

Instruction to use from Laneige's website

1. Essence Type : Creamy type shadow that can be spread over the entire eye lid to enhance the shadow colors, and reapplied on the upper eye for highlighting final pearl-touch.

2. Shimmer Type : Base color & indistinctive pearlescent shadow that allows natural color gradation.

3. Powder Type : Can draw an eye line and naturally connect to the underline.

The colours are quite sheer and need a few layers to application to build up the colours. As you can see all the colours are very glittery.

As the colours are not super pigmented, I use it to create natural makeup. Took me a little bit more time to apply because colours dont really show up.

My complete looked with the Laneige Styling Romantic Eye Palette , Laneige Styling Romatic Lip Duo in Coral Beige and Laneige Styling Romantic Blusher #2!

I guess this eyeshadow will be great for people who would wanted light & natural makeup to go for work. And to make it a night look, I guess mascara and thick eyeliner would do the trick.

Laneige Styling Romantic Blusher is something I been looking forward to try in Laneige’s Styling Romantic Fall/Winter Makeup Collection after I fell in love with their Laneige Lip Styling Duo in Coral Beige .

Let me recap about this collection. This Laneige's Fall/Winter Makeup collection boasts on pastel romantic colour and has uniquely designed packaging that combines modern art and the Baroque art.

The packaging - I like how the blusher brush is hidden nicely in the lower compartment.

I'm happy that it's a wide brush compare to the usual small blusher brush which makes it practical to carry them around and use it. The brush is so soft enough that it dont feel pokey on my face and I think I can live with this if I gotta bring this for travelling.

This is Laneige Styling Romantic Blusher #2. As you can see the top 2 colours are softer colour without shimmer and the bottom two are the shimmers. So basically can control how much shimmer you want when you pick up the powder. Also this blusher #2 can be used to accentuate my cheekbones too!

The print on the blusher is insipred by Baroque art, very beautifully done but after a few more swipe it will be gone >.<

You can see the powder is very fine and it's very shimmering .

Just with one or two swipes, it can gives the even peach healthy glow that I needed. And makes it looked like my cheeks has just been sun-kissed ! Perfect to match it with my Laneige Lip Styling Duo in Coral Beige .

Well I just came back from Medan a while ago, I really miss the beautiful lake view and how breezy the weather is!

I was suprised to find out that there is a halal and non-halal food courts & outlets located throughout the mall. They include Old Town White Coffee, Sajian Enak, MJ Café, Kazu Sushi Japanese Restaurant and many snack kiosks.

At the end of the tour, the media are put to a challenge to dress up model with the given theme, time and money. We got "Kate Moss" as our model and our theme is traditional outfit.

I found this Yan's Creation was a perfect place to choose traditional clothing for our model. I want something classy with a touch of traditional :)

As I was the only girl in our group, so basically the guys are agreeing to what I picked !

It was love at first sight, that I chose this white Kaftan dress full beautiful embroideries at the front part of the dress. Apart from that, I got a white scarf, white sunny, white clutch and a super bling heels from different shops at KWC hoping to give my model a classy & modern look with a touch of traditional element here.

And guess what, we won this competition and each of us are awarded RM250 cash vouchers!

Looked how happy I looked with my creation because now I have cash vouchers to shop at Kenanga Wholesale City for my Chinese new year clothes!

Hennessy V.S.O.P NyX Launch Party in Malaysia

Well Hennessy NYX Launch Party is officially my first party of year 2012 !

Hennessy Malaysia had just launched their new NYX collection on 5th January in Midvalley Mall, KL and and I am one of the lucky bloggers to be invited.

There were a lot bloggers, lots of pictures taking and there were games using Ipad, where top scorer can win a bottle of Hennessy NYX (too bad I'm bad at games!)

I really like the backdrop, just like sky full of shinning stars :)

Well like most people who has guessed it right , the party is held at Vertigo, The Gardens.

I must say Hennessy did an excellent job in creating this backdrop! Looked so nice !

It was really crampped and difficult to walk around, did not expect to have such a big crowd! But Julie Woon, MC for the night got it under control!

The party kicked started pretty hot with these dancers. Their body are illuminated with LED lights!

The Hennessy NYX bottle was officially launched at the party !

I love how this platinum bottle with QR code looked so classy , somemore can glow in dark under ultraviolet light!!!

p/s : Oh did I mentioned, all of us got free flow all night long ....!!!!

Then DJ Blink hit the floor!

And the whole dance floor & the stage was illuminating in purple and white !!!

It was another night that we dominate it with Hennessy!

Everyone starts shaking!

Oh did I mentioned, bloggers literally conquering the dance floor... it is crazy!

Remember just "last year" I reviewed about this new LaneigeLip Styling Duo in Coral Beige ? And I remembered Laura commented asking me to show them the other shade, which is Pink Glow (LR04). Unfortunately I do not have them in my possession to show you how it looked on my lips!

Anyway I have the swatch to share with you girls , for you girls to compare!

As you can see, Laneige Lip Styling Duo in Pink Glow is very bubblegum pink . As for the texture, it is the same like the Coral Beige, very smooth and easy to apply :) To be honest this is not an easy colour to carry . However this pink glow colour would be perfect for people who want to create Japanese kawaii look or grayu look.

However I have not see major changes for my stubborn dark spots yet as I just started trying this serum a while ago and I do not except magic to happen but I hope to see it is lighter soon!

Going to Medan as my last trip of 2011

Ah I will be away for 4 days 3 night to Medan and will be staying in one of the most beautiful lake in the world Lake Toba, Medan, Indonesia.

This would be a girls trip ( Sharon, Ellis and Wendy) and I hope it would be a good one!

Food Review : Chicago Rib House in 1 Utama

Just few days before Christmas, I was invited by the friendly people at Chicago Rib House to do a food review. And after I check out the website link in the invitation email sent to me, I can't wait to try this because it is all about porkyyyy = my favourite food in the whole wide world!!

Note : This is a non-halal post

To be honest, I did not know the existence of Chicago Rib House until I went there for the review because they just opened their 2nd branch here in 1 Utama late November (shows how long I havent been to 1 Utama) . I was told the first branch is at Penang.

As you can see from the picture and if you guess well , the restaurant is located just next to La Senza Pin-Up Store at 1st floor of 1 Utama (Rainforest section)

As I walked in the restaurant, I can see a lot of cute piggy pics on the walls! Confirm lah... a lot of porky will be served tonight!

It's a cosy yet spacious seating at this restaurant.

There is a Mojito Bar at the corner of the restaurant.

Here is some drinks we ordered - fresh from the Mojito Bars!

One of it is Lychee Mojito and another one I could not remembered what is it now.

I am a milkshake person and I think I'm the only person who thinks Strawberry Milkshake is better than Mojito :P The milkshake here was not too sweet so I really like it and finish this sinful drink that night!

Before I started having my porky review, I was asked to put on the plastic napkins #likeababy

I like this napkins because I could now rib of the pork like nobody business ! As far I remembered, no restaurant in Msia I been to so far gave napkins like this & the first time I had plastic napkins like this when I was in Korea having bbq dinner.

As starter, Trio Sampler (RM32.90) was served.

Three's a company when you've got Hot Buffalo Wings, Potato Skins and Pork Chili Con Carne. It's matched with homemade Salsa dressing to really get you started.

The chicken wings is a bit salty to my liking but the spicyness makes it appetizing!

Corn chips & Pork Chili Con Carne . Onion, pepper & cheese and corn chips are the perfect match!

This potato skin covered with cheese, then topped in chives, bacon bits and served in ranch serving combination is so yummylicious. Crunchy & cheesy...

Next we are served Pork Ribs (Full Rack, Original Flavor) with 2 side dishes RM53.90

Description: Chicago's Pork Ribs are slow roasted in hickory wood to give it that tender and unique flavor that has made us world famous. Our succelent and meaty pork ribs are served with your choice of two sides of your choice.

If you like BBQ sauce then I think you will like this. But for me it is a bit sweet for my liking.

Next, we are served Pork Ribs (Full Rack, Flaming Kansas City) RM59.90 with 2 side dishes

As the named suggested, the pork ribs is was fired up with a shot of whiskey to literally let us have the ommph feel!

Staff light up the fire and the whole ribs was on FIRE!!!

It was smoking hot when it was served on us. The taste of the ribs is pretty strong with the marinated sauce and whisky. And if you are not a fan of whisky, you might prefer the original flavour.

Grilled Bourbon Chicken - RM27.90

Next we are served two grilled boneless chicken breast topped with their signature bourbon sauce and sprinkled with mixed cheese. The cheese is sinful but it is good!

The side dishes of this Grilled Bourbon Chicken can be choosen, and here the highlight of the side dish is the "western style chicken rice" as some of them claimed.

8oz. Pork Tenderloin - RM32.90

Two grilled pork tenderloin grilled till pork-fection and served with homemade Apple Cinnamon sauce.

Homemade Apple Cinnamon sauce is very refreshing taste and appetizing for my appetite. I like the way how they prepared this as I could actually taste the sweetness of the pork here :)

And I bet kids sure would love this too!

Hickory BBQ Bacon Burger - RM29.90

Description : A juicy pork burger loaded with Hickory BBQ sauce, topped with crispy bacon and cheese.

Well I must say the bacon here are so good that I can't get enough of it. It is not too fat and grilled to perfection!

A must try for all!

Besides pork , they actually served Shrimp Olio (RM32.90) for seafood lovers.

It is Fettuccine tossed with generous servings of shrimp in scampi butter. The taste of the olio is a bit tingly due to their sauce however I do appreciate the fact that they are very generous with the shrimps and the portion is big.

Finally after all the porky business, we have dessert!!!

Brownie Royale (RM12.90) was really delicious, it just feel right for me!

While me, well I enjoy eating the ribs with my hands feel more delicious everytime i am ripping of the ribs!

Just before I end my review, I must show you one very interesting picture that is displayed in the restaurant. The different parts a pig that we could actually eat - but there are many parts that I don't eat.

Super awesome Shiseido Makeup Stimulator - trying makeup without needing to put them on!

A while ago, I visited Shiseido roadshow in KLCC as I was told by the PR that there will be a makeup Simulator machine that is flown all the way from Japan to be here in Malaysia for just a few days. And I gotta blog about this because this is something really awesome that I tried !!

Well first of all, there is quite a queue to try this makeup stimulator machine , so lucky for me PR has made an appointment for me to try out this machine. I was extremly curious what is this machine is all about.

I was asked to sit on the chair facing this monitor which is so called Makeup stimulator. I was strictly told that I shall not move my head around in order for it to work properly.

Basically Makeup Simulator machine will automatically detect and identify my facial features and capture using it's camera.

Once the image is captured on the screen, the I can then select what colour or texture I want from the variety of shades ....from foundation, eyeshadow, blusher, lipstick to lipgloss. All is up to my liking, so I mix and match...and I really wanted to see if smokey eyes can carry red lipstick on my face...

After I picked my colours the makeup stimulator machine will then lay the chosen colour accordingly on the my facial features.

I literally WOW a moment when I saw my face on the monitor has colours of the eyeshadow, blusher and lipstick I chose. Everything looked so real on the monitor, it is unbeliveable!

This machine is so damn because I could actually try ANY colors and textures (all shades) to find my perfect match without having to waste time applying on actual skin to try one by one! I can always click the "BACK" key to try another colours!

Well, this is my final look!

As you can see I'm quite crazy about red lipstick nowadays but finding the right red colour to match my skintone and eye makeup are not easy, so this makeup stimulator machine is really helpful!

How I wish all beauty brands will have this machine like this ! I think Shiseido should place this machine at their counter permanently and these testers at counters would not be needed anymore!

Laneige Styling Lip Duo (#LR04) in Coral Beige is one of my favourite product from Laneige Holiday Styling Romantic 2011 collection! Not only the packaging looks pretty but the colours looked really pretty on me.

This Styling Lip Duo has a twist-up lipstick at one end and a gloss on the other end.

The Lipstick texture is smooth, pigmented and easy to apply. It has this nice peachy smell!

This Lipstick can be used alone without the gloss and still looked great for day look. The colours are beautiful and best of all not drying on my lips!

The Lipgloss suprisingly is not sticky and light! This also have the super yummy peachy scent that you feel like eating them.

For night looked, usually I will touch up my makeup (put darker colour to create smokey look) and would add on the lipgloss to complete me look.

Have you heard of Melvita before ? Well they are pretty new in Malaysia! Melvita officially opened its first flagship boutique in Suria KLCC back in 25 October 2011.

Well basically you cannot help not to notice the green striking entrance next to the Isetan entrance at Concourse level. If you have notice, they have blue sky ceiling in their store to give consumers a comfortable and relaxing shopping environment.

And at the corner of the left hand side of the store, you will see a wall of green plants and bear in mind these are REAL plants and in fact some of these plants are the main ingredients of the products!!! I think this is my first time seeing real plants being planted inside shopping mall and now I bet Melvita definitely has the freshest air among the store in KLCC!

Well Melvita is a brand from France was founded in 1983, symbolizes “(MEL) honey” and “(VITA) life”. Melvita's commitment to ecology and nature originates from its founder, Bernard Chevilliat, a biologist and beekeeper and a great lover of nature and beauty.

In 1991, Melvita is one of the first skincare brands in France to be certified by ECOCERT France, and fulfill the standards of COSMEBIO France (Professional Association for Ecological and Organic Cosmetics).

Melvita also guarantees each of their products are formulated with:-

Cornflower (calm irritated skin and dry, itchy eyes)
Orange Blossom (For blotchy & irritated skin- smoothing, soothing & brightening effect )
Witch Hazel (Extra Dry & Sensitive Skin -moisturizing & an ideal product after sun exposure)
Lavender (Normal To Combination Skin - purifying and healing effect)

A wide range of products for face care. The price is quite affordable considering it is an organic products!

There are also product for Baby & Mum

The best sellers are locaed at the bees hive look-alike display. And of course they have body products too!

Honey Pollen Hexagon Soap (RM22) is their first produced product for sale. It is enrichedwith active ingredients from the hive and vegetable oils, its rich and extra-gentle foam makes it an ultra-protective care product.

Beauty oils which are extracted using cold pressed method from the fruits or seeds of plants is something I wanted to try. I was always told, beauty oil gave better effect than cream or lotion. And in Melvita, beauty oil is priced at RM137 for 50ml which is quite an affordable price as the quantity needed to appy whole face is relatively little.

First time I came across organic toothpaste for childen! How interesting ? Maybe I will buy this to try when my toothpaste is finished!

Some of the products which I wanted to try!

They actually have a wide range of scrubs and if you know me personally, I'm a scrub fanatic !!! Well I think I will check the scrub out someday and give a try!

Another interesting thing that I spotted is that Melvita has slimming oil (RM120/100ml).... I wonder whether it works and should I should give a try!

Their haircare shampoos smell great here! And I was told by their SA that the deodarant is good and I should give a try...

If you have no idea what to try, why not get this starter kit which consists of 6 products to try at RM130. Quite a good deal with a full set of products to try to see if it works on our face without buying the full size.

Oh before I forgot, Melvita is going to launch a new youthful range called Naturalift Hibiscus Skin Renewal Range in January 2012, which is suppose to make your skincell renew and looked youthful (in another word - prevent anti-aging). Basically Melvita is offering “Green-Botox” organic natural anti-aging solution. The main ingredients in NATURALIFT Hibiscus Skin Renewal Range include various flower seeds with anti-aging functions, including hibiscus, pomegranate, rose hip, borage, Camelina, etc. Well I would be trying some of their products and will do a review once it's ready!

Recently my face full of pimples due to lack sleep and unhealthy food I've taken everyday. Self esteem to minimum! Then I found out the new product "Garnier Men Acno Fight" in the market and I give a try on my problem face skin. See photo below,

It is Anti-Acne roll on type and very simple and easy to apply on the face. Apply directly onto and around imperfections and blemishes as soon as they appear and I can see the the difference after 1 week, the redness is reduced. I quite like this product as in the price is affordable below RM 20 and the effect is good.

This product can be used every single day and for me, I use it twice a day, morning after wash up and before off to bed. 15ml pack is perfect to bring along and no more worries.

Some of you might have seen this at Lancome counters, this range is created to support “Golden Hat Foundation”, created by Kate Winslet, who has been a Lancome Ambassadress for 4 years. To mark the occasion, Lancôme has created this make-up collection in partnership with the actress.

Well, I was lucky to be given this mythical L'Absolu Rouge lipstick for review by Lancome Malaysia!!!

It comes in classic black packaging and there is amazing magnetic casing, that I need not to worry that my casing will come off accidentally :)

And best of all, all "Golden Hat Foundation" cosmetics will be embossed with the foundation's logo and the actress' signature!

I don't really wear red shade lipstick but this Lancome's L' Absolu Rouge Lipstick in Rose Absolu is really pretty and wearable without me looking like a clown.

Another plus point is that this lipstick is very moisturizing and I do not really need to use my lipbalm when using this lipstick!

I love how this lipstick just brighten up my look!

Lancome's L' Absolu Rouge Lipstick in Rose Absolu is quite longlasting , lasted me for some good hours before I need to apply it.

Heineken DJ Battle was held at Mist Club where advertising executive Tommy Cham emerged as this year’s champion of Heineken Found @ Thirst DJ search. He will be joining the lineup of Heineken Thirst alongside Tiësto, Blink, Gabriel, Phil K Lee and his runner up, Nick Haydez at the Sepang International Circuit on 10 December.

Heineken Thirst Studio 2011’s champion the five contenders were evaluated by a panel of judges which includes a roster of top names in the Malaysian music industry: DJ Prem – 8TV, Fly FM presenter and Mist Club’s resident DJ, Fono – Singapore based progressive trance expert & Found @ Thirst 2003’s champion, Phil K Lee – Found @ Thirst 2010’s champion, Ben Law of Future Sound Asia – Heineken Thirst’s organizer and Blastique – Founder of Mile High Sounds DJ training academy, legendary scene DJ & mentor of the winner and runner up of Found @ Thirst.

The two Malaysian champions to perform with Tiësto this coming Saturday 10 December 2011 are : -
