Have you done with your Chinese New Year's shopping?  Oh well I will never have enough of shopping hence I can't tell you that I'm done....haha..get it ?

When Sunway Pyramid's PR contacted me to go for all-expense paid shopping spree, immediately I said YES! As a shopping queen, I never say no to shopping one lah! Well I don't think women will ever got enough of shopping!

I was given RM888 to shop on the condition that I need to spend it within 2 hours (to be exact 1 hour and 30 minutes minus the briefing and toilet break) to go around the mall and spend all the make up my perfect Chinese New Year look.

Since the time given is short, I need to SHOP LIKE A PRO to spend the money wisely to get the best deals in town! Ahaha hope my sharing will be helpful for you when you shop for your CNY clothing!

First pitshop : Dorothy Perkins located in LG.131 (Orange Zone) to get new clothes!

Being a plus size girl in Malaysia, it's not easy to get pretty dress that fit you nicely. Well Dorothy's Perkins is my favourite UK highstreet fashion brand, their quality are good and the cutting fits me well! Do you know they offer size from 6-22 so it fits the smallest frame girl to the largest frame girl all under 1 roof!

I came here because of this Fashion Fortune promotion which I received in my email few weeks ago! Oh yehhhh I'm a  super good deal because I only need to spend RM250 in order to get RM200 voucher which can be redeemed for purchases for than RM400!

Some of the clothes I have tried!

My damage : Spend RM487.60 in total and got 2 dress and 3 tops worth RM687.60!

Didn't realise I spend too much times (about 40 minutes) trying dresses and taking selfie pictures, alamak not enough time already!
Time left : 50 minutes

Second Pitshop : Charles & Keith G1.58 (Orange Zone) to get new handbag!

I spend about 20 minutes trying out different bag from their latest S/S 2015 collection!

Which is your favourite one?

They have pretty decent of footwear too! This is super comfortable and cool looking but then I don't think it suits the dress that I bought for CNY... so I gave it a miss!

Total Damage : Spend RM279.90 for a new handbag!

Charles & Keith current promotion is buy RM300 and entitle to get RM50 voucher for free!

Time left : 30 minutes

Third Pitshop : Nose LG1.08 (Orange Zone) to get new shoes!

I have really small feet and I know Nose carries my size and with time running out I quickly walked in to grab a shoes! Ah got sale up to 70% discount!

To be honest, their design has improved compared to few years back! I think I should visit more!

I really wanted to get this (RM109.90) but this is not my size! So comfortable and chic looking, easy to match with any dress or jeans!

So I picked up nude wedges instead, it would be easy to match with my flowery dress I think :)

Total Damage : Spend RM109.90 on a pair of nude wedges

Time left : 10 minutes

Fourth Pitshop : Sephora G1.132 (Orange Zone)

This is beauty heaven for all beauty lovers lah! And since I got 10% off voucher to spend, I want to get a foundation which I have been waiting to try!

Within 10 minutes I picked up this beauty stuffs!

Make Up For Ever HD Foudation : RM165.50
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner in Black : RM63
Sephora Cotton Pad (70s pcs) : RM9.90

After 1.5 hours, I spend RM1116.80 and yes it's a little over the budget that was given (cos happy mood mahhh) and then there are so much to see & buy in Sunway Pyramid, definitely there is something for everyone!

And I want to maximise my spending mahh... so I went to sign up Sunway Pals card for FREE where I get to enjoy the privileges & redeem the points across over 300 merchant outlets in Sunway Pyramid when I shop & dine in Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall.

Cuteness overload!! So nice to hug hug!

Ah I thought only 5 stars hotel offer Porter Boy Service to carry luggage but Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall  goes extra miles in  understanding shopper's need that ... it would be nice if there is someone who are there to help to carry and escort us to the car park after a long day doing shopping!

Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre Porter Boy Service is available on Fri, Sat, Sun & Public Holiday between 11am to 11pm.  Just give them a call at 011-2888 7736 and the Porter Boy will be there to help us to carry our bags to our car! Thumb up for this service, so far I think they are the only mall in Malaysia offering this service!

I truly felt like SHOPPING QUEEN when my Porter Boy carry my bag to the car!

Besides that, you can hop on for a free ride on the Buggy (call 010-2897 509), available daily at selected car park entrances.

I like how Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall put effort in making sure parents can shop at ease here, you know how often you go to the malls and you heard over the announcement some kids are lost and seperated from their parents in mall.

Child Distance Monitor & Safety Wristband is one of the unique kind that all malls should have!  I think would be really helpful for parents and guardians aware of their children’s whereabouts in the shopping mall.

Free Child Safe Shopping wristband can be collected from any of Sunway Pyramid’s Concierge Counters on Ground Floor and Lower Ground One where parents can write their contact numbers on the back and the child can wear the wristband, just in case they get separated during their shopping in the mall, the public or the guard can contact the parents.

The Beeper (Child Distance Monitor) is used to make sure that the children do not wander too far off from their parents. A ‘sender’ will be attached to the child, and the parents or guardians will get the ‘receiver’. If the child strayed within a certain distance, the ‘receiver’ will produce beeping sounds and vibrate to alert the ‘receiver’. Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall shoppers can get this Child Distance Monitor at any of the Concierge Counters located on Ground Floor and Lower Ground One. Sounds really awesome right ?

And with those personal touch kind of shopping experience provided, I was actually recommend you to bring you and your family over to Sunway Pyramid this weekends to do your last minute CNY shopping!

You will see the mall is dotted with adorable fluffy sheep in conjunction with their theme for this year ‘Cheery Woolly Spring’.

Remember to take pictures with this families of colourful sheep roaming on endless green pastures with cheerful cherry blossoms and bright yarn baubles glow from above. In line with the woolly theme, strings of multi-coloured yarn are intricately woven through fences and huts, creating texture, abundance and warmth.

You also can unleash your inner artist with free Chinese calligraphy and sand art workshops happening on selected weekends at 2pm. Better yet, bring your little ones along to enjoy exclusive Leo Cub workshops on selected weekends.

Breathe in the joy of spring amidst the beautiful flower blossoms for a flourishing new year at the Spring Flower Market at the LG2 Blue Concourse or indulge in a variety of delectable Chinese delicacies at the Chinese New Year Bazaar, happening at the LG2 Orange Concourse.

Don't forget to meet and greet Sunway Pyramid’s playful mascots Leo and Leona as they make their rounds distributing prosperity goodies at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm on weekends and holidays.

Ah before I forget, let me shared with you some pictures I have taken on how I plan my Chinese New Year's outfit for this year!

And wearing new clothes also symbolizes having more than enough things to use and wear in the new year!

Dorothy Perkins Spring and Summer 2014 Collection x Burton Menswear London Spring and Summer 2014 Collection

Last month I had the privilege attending on my favourite fashion brand fashion i.e Dorothy Perkins Spring & Summer 2014 Collection Fashion Show in Paradigm Mall. If you have been wondering where usually I get my fashion fix, my answer would be Dorothy Perkins!

Thanuja Ananthan was the emcee of the night, she is also our Miss World Malaysia 2009/2010.

This Spring/Summer Dorothy Perkins embraces two key looks: pretty and feminine pastels and geometric graphics with a sports luxe feel.

Enjoy the pictures and leave a comment which one is your favourite ya!

The pastel trend signals the return of femininity, combining sheer and lace textures with delicate organza details.

Red Floral Maxi Dress on the far right is absolutely gorgeous and if only I had the height I would totally get this! And yes I bought the coral lace top already :D In fact I had few lace top in different colours, and yes I am crazy about lace!

The graphic trend combines minimalism and geometric prints for a relaxed easy to wear collection. Laser cut, asymmetric finishing and colour blocking are mixed with sheer panelling and midi length styles.

The monochrome colour palette receives an injection of colour and the inclusion of delicate floral prints.

My friend Juli got the printed dress on the left while I bought the the chiffon blue top!

Jacquard and lace pencil skirts are worn with a slub fit logo tee and a biker jacket.

Separates are key for Spring Summer – whether it’s a midi skirt teamed with a dip-hem top or wide leg palazzo pants with a translucent blouse. The midi length is a must have - whether in a sheer panel detail dress or printed skirts.

Black midi dress on the left is the perfect little black dress that all girls should have in the wardrobe

For casual wear, washed out denim is mixed with the soft pastel palette. Simple tees are given an instant update with pretty embroidery and jacquard detailing. The summer sweat makes a playful return with fun logos and lace wording. Long-line blazers and fitted zip detail jackets are the perfect outerwear options and footwear classics like the flat brogue and simple court get a feminine make-over in sugar pastel colours and metallics.

I am into chiffon blouse recently and I'm liking the colour block chiffon top on the right.

Co-ordinated sets in fresh whites and soft tones are worn together to create a ladylike chic silhouette, worn with metallic flat sandals or strappy heels with a fold over soft clutch to finish the look.

Dorothy Perkins also suggested tailored high waisted shorts to pair with dip-hem top as this will make the ideal sports-luxe look along with the sheer sleeve bomber jacket and a structured neon mini cross body bag.

I'm loving all the pastel colour under Dorothy Perkins Spring/Summer 2014 collection!

Oh besides Dorothy Perkins, Burton Menswear also showcased their Spring/Summer Collection 2014 as well. Just to shared with you Burton Menswear London is a new fashion brand in Malaysia also owned by DNP Clothing

Burton Menswear message for this Spring and Summer 2014 is loud and clear; simple, stylish and confident is the way forward. Through a cohesive, wearable and masculine collection, Burton lives up to its promise of making it easy for every man to wear great clothing. Clear trend stories with vibrant summer colour palettes, cool street-wear, vintage refinement and perfectly cut tailoring provide the definitive summer wardrobe.

Our first story sees a Tropical Ranger take on the challenges of urban living. Bold floral prints and colour-flash is teamed with khaki, pebble and stone creating the sense of a summer garden city rich in colour.

Dip dye shorts, hooded fisherman jackets in yellow and bright green and washed denim are worn hand-in-hand with floral and Hawaiian fabrics. A back-pack comes with an all-over green, black and yellow leaf print, the ultimate accessory for the urban jungle.

City living is explored further with the Gothic Skater and California Warrior trend. Here a darker, moodier palette takes over with black, slate and white creating a sporty and decidedly laid back approach to summer dressing. Grey marl drawstring joggers and navy jersey make a simple but significant statement. Black wash denim shirts partner with monochrome baseball jersey tops and the Gothic Skater is ready to roll.

Rich, natural colour dominates the theme of our next trend – Botanical. Here we find some of the most striking and daring pieces from the collection including tailoring in teal and cobalt, both suits exquisitely slim-cut and contemporary.

Multi-colour yarns represent the less tame side of nature with mixed shots of light blue chambray, apricot, maize and salmon in lightweight summer knitwear. Team with chinos in rose or light indigo and let Mother Nature work her magic.

Step forward the Super Mod. Sharp and cool suiting in slate, dark grey and Prince of Wales check offers a slick tailoring alternative for the confident style king. A more dress-down take on the trend comes in the form of a navy Harrington, ditsy print short sleeve shirts and the ultimate mod favourite –the khaki parka

It’s time to smarten up our act, and for this we look towards the timeless and elegant pieces that are intrinsic to stylish menswear. Wardrobe staples such as the single breasted mac, pale blue and pink linen tailoring and a light chambray collarless shirt make up the Vintage Traditions range. Traditional navy, stone and mushroom appears alongside pastel hues of lilac, spearmint and pale pink to create perfect modern classics.

At the event, a number of Malaysia’s top  celebrities were dressed in the latest Dorothy Perkins and Burton Menswear Spring & Summer 2014 outfits.

Pictures of all the female models

Men who were all decked out in Burton Menswear were Zizan Razak, Jack Lim, Jonathan Putra, and our very own Malaysian Idol, Daniel Lee.

Besides Thanuja Ananthan, celebrity such as Diana Danielle, Ng Kar Yoon and Tan Ley Teng were all daintily dressed in DP.
