Last man standing

Been discussing with my fellow colleagues if the Sept 16 takeover plan claimed by former DPM DS Anwar Ibrahim for more than 30 MPs crossover to Pakatan Rakyat which would cause BN to be in opposition and Pakatan Rakyat to be the government happened much more earlier or perhaps tommorow, how would the leader reacts especially when their party election is just around the corner. And cleary during their campaigning period they need to stand their stands and views on current issues. And now we are in high time where there is too much politising by everyone and clearly BN's credibility has gone down the drain looking after the histortial day of 308. People has spoke out through their votes and the current Opposition party said its tsunami. No one expected that.

In Permatang Pauh P144, 2nd round of tsunami has happened. People expected it.

AND

Q: People asked where is the BN legendary election machinery?

Ans:It remains as a legend!!!

So has March 8, has change Malaysian political party, the people mind and the economy.

More accurately I'm referring to BN.. or specifically UMNO ... Has they awake ? Or perhaps has they RECOVER from their lost ? Are they still lying to themselves and still holding to "Ketuanan Melayu" principle. And after the announcement by PM that he will step down after 2 years for DPM to take over has clearly there is leadership crisis in UMNO . Subquently DPM has seems to be making a lot of appearance and press statement on behalf of PM in various functions and matters. Is the transit period has been shorten? and PM is making way out?

Lucky enough or unlucky enough the other component parties of BN has seems to realise that many people wanted different things and look at things at a diffferent ways compare to ten (10) years ago.

MIC has spoken up, perhaps too little to make an impact especially on national issues and human right issues and seems like they are bit quiet now...I wonder why.

While MCA after 12th GE, has at least tried to spoke out and stated their party stands and one often wonder would all these change the public perceptive on them. And with MCA top party election just around the corner, a month away. Seems like many of them has been voicing up their stands on certain issues. Is it sufficient ?

AND IF THE DEFECTION BY THE 30 MPS IS HAPPENING TOMMOROW.

I wonder would the new leaders still sing the same tune and walk the talk they have been preaching all these while if they are in Opposition side.

WHO WILL STAY AND FIGHT ON

to the so called BN Spirit?

Self satisfaction

Is it so difficult to satisfy oneself, let alone satisfying others. Often in life, we are face with the situation knowing that we cant able to do it yet, we make ourself believe that it's possible , and thats is what called possitive thinking. Is it good or bad ? There is no
adequte security and comfort provided to the people, often than not they keep telling the people everything is okay. In fact everything is not okay, take the example of :

Judiciary
What has been done after the investigation into the Lingam tape, is there any concrete actions taken? What about High Court Judge Ian Chin's allegations? Are the government once again, going to be quiet and let it expose slowly by the " Government in Waiting aka Opposition party". So how can I believe that court will the place that make just and justice rulling when the judges are non-partisan?

Petrol
Since Pak Lah take over as Prime Minister, our petrol has increased by 78% ! And my salary dont even increase up to 10% , so please tell me how can i change my lifestyle when I dont even have enough cash to spend. How much does a fresh graduate earn per month? Deduct room rental, food, basic necessity expenses and my PTPTN loans, I am still in NEGATIVE.

Pls Mr. President tell me how can I UBAH MY GAYA HIDUP in order to live comfortably?
Bear in mind, I do not own any property or car. The effect that once the price of petrol increase, price of other neccessity will definately increase. So I am directly affected even though I dont drive.

Security
Few weeks back, my handphone was snatched by 3 malay boys, one around 20 yrs old and another 2 perhaps just 12 years old! A big brother teaching the younger brothers how to steal. In fact they are snatching my phone from a public places by foot. And even after I reported police, there is no new on it YET. And I come to discover that om 6 March 2008, government has introduced Handphone Blocking System and it suppose to be launched this month. But till now there is no news about it, so is it just a pre-election's drama ? I will wait till end of the month and see whether is it NATO ( No action, Talk only)

And since government cant able to satisfy our own people and always in the possitive mind, what should we as citizen of Malaysia do ?

Actions can be taken :

1) Complain and bitch about it to your family and friends, during tea sessions and MSN-ing.
2) Join demostration , to show protest .
3) Keep quiet and accept what has happened, and try hard to make a living and hope for miracle.
4) Migrate to other country or go to neighbouring country like Singapore to work.

So which will you choose ?

Will my dreams be heard?

What do I mean by intellectual politicizing? I mean it by I would like to engage in intellectual debates/discussions with my readers on politics as it plays a very big in our life. The governance of our country consists of people whom we believe we elected them to be in that post. And therefore we suppose to rest assured our worries. However I believe in the heart of each us as Malaysian have a dream of what we would want our country to be.

And as for me,the 2 basis things I would want my country to have are peace and prosperity ( just like what a beauty contestant would answer in her Q&A sessions).

Peace, I would not want to have wars like Iraq or Pakistan. All I am hoping for is to have a safe environment to live on my life here. Well we are lucky that we do have peace, but what to what extend? This issues have been raised too many times. We no longer feel safe to walk alone on the street even on daylight, needless to say night time. Crime in our country has raised sharply for the past few years, we have seen enough of rape, robbery and snatch thief. What has happened? The number of accidents happened per day is scary to know. Every morning when I switch on the radio and listen to the traffic broadcast report, definitely some roads will be jam due to accidents. Do we even feel safe to drive, if we cant able to walk to avoid crime?

Prosperity, I would want Malaysia's economy to be in stability and people are able to meet their basis needs in life ( i.e food, shelter, clothing , education...) However does each of us as Malaysian able to have all these?

If yes, why are there beggars on the streets and other crime such as robbery and pickpockets happening everywhere at anytime ? Is it because people are not able to meet their needs/demands and therefore resort to begging/crime to solve their problems. And why do people want to be a robber, I do know it's partially due to their greed and lack of morality. And perhaps lack of education contribute to this. A man without education are more difficult to be able to get a job and therefore they are using the shortcut (i.e to rob ? ) in order to survive ? Who to blame? Why do a man want to turn himself to be a robber ? Economic's pressure ? Total % of dropout from schools have been increasing for the past few years. Does that mean we going to have more crime happening in Malaysia?

Let me asked you. What are your dream country like?
