Lancome Golden Hat Foundation Holiday 2011 Color Collection - Review of L' Absolu Rouge Lipstick in Rose Absolu (No 365)

Some of you might have seen this at Lancome counters, this range is created to support “Golden Hat Foundation”, created by Kate Winslet, who has been a Lancome Ambassadress for 4 years. To mark the occasion, Lancôme has created this make-up collection in partnership with the actress.

A little bit background of this non-profit foundation, where it aims to better the lives of autistic children by removing or limiting the barriers they face. Its mission is to teach autistic children how to communicate more clearly, as well as offer them education, job training, recreational activities adapted to their disability.

In order to support Kate Winslet with this project, Lancôme has worked alongside her to create a limited edition make-up collection, which will be available this December. Lancôme promises to donate at least 150,000 euros of its sales profits to the “Golden Hat Foundation”.

*The “Golden Hat Foundation” collection reinterprets the mythical L'Absolu Rouge lipstick, and includes several nail polishes in all-new shades, as well as a new multi-compact powder. All these products are embossed with the foundation’s logo and the actress’ signature.

Well, I was lucky to be given this mythical L'Absolu Rouge lipstick for review by Lancome Malaysia!!!

It comes in classic black packaging and there is amazing magnetic casing, that I need not to worry that my casing will come off accidentally :)

And best of all, all "Golden Hat Foundation" cosmetics will be embossed with the foundation's logo and the actress' signature!

I don't really wear red shade lipstick but this Lancome's L' Absolu Rouge Lipstick in Rose Absolu is really pretty and wearable without me looking like a clown.

Another plus point is that this lipstick is very moisturizing and I do not really need to use my lipbalm when using this lipstick!

I love how this lipstick just brighten up my look!

Lancome's L' Absolu Rouge Lipstick in Rose Absolu is quite longlasting , lasted me for some good hours before I need to apply it.

2 pairs of Heineken Thirst 2011 tickets giveaway for Jessying's readers !!!

Review : Acuvue Advance Plus with Hydraclear - a new bi-weekly contact lens

I have been wearing contact lens since I hit puberty. However I always keep changing contact lens brand as my eyes are sensitive and I can seems to find my perfect pairs because they always make my eyes DRY.Usually contact lens usualy maximum only can last me for 5-7 hours of comfortable wear and then my eyes will be teary because my eyes are dry.

This will be helpful as I always have trouble locating my colourless contact lens when I am not wearing glasses and ready to wear my contact lens.

My review : This is a soft lens and when I took out and wear , it actually feel fit and comfortable on my eyes as I was given 8.3mm base curve lenses to try as suppose to the common 8.5mm.

What I concern the most when I wear contact lens are the comfortability, because I wanted to feel as if I am not wearing one.

ACUVUE® ADVANCE® PLUS contact lenses with HYDRACLEAR gave me a very comfortable of 12 hours of wearing from day to night, I wore it without feeling drying and it is so comfortable that I don't even realised I am wearing contact lens. I do not experience any drying or redness at all for the 2 months of trying and there are days that I wore from morning 7am to midnight 12am, my eyes still feeling fresh and for that I must say this is the only Acuvue contact lens brand that so far gave me the most natural comfortable feeling on my eyes for.

I am also happy with the contact lens material silicon hydrogel which is kinda durable as so far I have not break any contact lenses yet *proud moment*

Overall, I will definitely re-purchased this as I dont think I can survive without contact lens because with them I feel so FREE that I can do whatever I want without restriction and yet feeling comfortable as I don't think I am ready to go under the laser to correct my eyes.
