The scent was described as classically inspired with a unique blend of soft florals. The topnote sparkles with tart green mandarin, guava, lush violet petals and giant waterlily. Its complex scent melds honey, orange flower, mimosa and a touch of jasmine. To further enhance the floral signature, the drydown adds a luxurious finish with smooth and supple sandalwood and amber-wood. The result is a beautifully blended fragrance that represents modern beauty, elegance and charm.

To be honest, Clean&Clear is one of the earliest skincare product I used in my teenage year, I would say they mild and work well on my skin to control oiliness and blemishes. However over the year, my skin concern has changed and I do not think I'm suitable to use it.

My birthday giveaway !

For first time Lunasol has gel eyeliner and I must say I am very surprised with the quality. The color are very intense, long lasting and waterproof. Beside the small portable brush that comes with it are very good and precise to use!

People often asked me why I like Lunasol so much, the reasons are because the texture of the eye palettes are very smooth and pigmented and just with 1-2 swipe I could blend out a smoky eye look and the makeup stay all day long! My first and pretty Jill Stuart mix blush compact in #09 Little Banquet which was a birthday gift from my girlfriend Vanessa all the way from Taiwan! My new love as well, the blusher gave me slightly warm coral pink..

I must admit when I first opened the packaging, I felt it is too pretty to use it especially the small portable brush that comes with it and probably should stay as my decoration on my dressing table.. So I was using another brush to apply on my face until 2 days ago, I decided to use it.. I must say their brush even though is very small but very dense and soft... just one swipe and the color are ready to be used on my face.

And for my lips, I decided to go neutral...just put on a layer of lip gloss which a blogger friend Nicole gave it to me as a birthday present

But this Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker isn't your NORMAL lip gloss as it is a lip plumper. So once I applied this on my lips, the plumping effect starts to work especially when it get in touch with water.. I feel tingling and vibrating feeling on my lips, and yes it is kinda weird and funny when I first put on it. But after a while, the effect gone and yes I do see my lips get a little bit sexier because it got a bit more fuller. I guess if I put more maybe my lips would turn out like Angeline Jolie's one ?

Review: Greenland Fruit Emotions Scrub Salt Lime an Vanilla

A while ago, I was selected to review this Greenland Scrub Salt Lime & Vanilla by Shins. And I have been trying this a while.

All Greenland products from the Fruit Emotion collection are two different essential oils. Each combination of essential oils has its own particular effect on the mind and body. This Greenland Scrub Salt, Lime & Vanilla contains very fine 100% Atlantic sea salt and consists of lime & vanilla essential oils.

Ingredients: Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt), Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime Peel Oil), Vanilla Planifolia (Vanilla Extract), Parfum (Fragrance), Citral, Limonene.

Once I twisted open the bottle, I can immediately recognized the lime smell. The salt came in dried form, and it is very fine in texture.

Note : No spatula was provided in the packaging. And gotta becareful when scopping out the salt.

Instruction how to use stated on the bottle

However when I collected the product from the Shin Mid Valley outlet, the Sales Consultant advised me to to use it together with my shower for better result.

So I decide to tried the both method to see the result.

Scrub Salt + Water

So I used a plastic spoon to scope out the salt and put on my dry skin and slowly add in some water. As the texture is very fine, the salt melt quite immediately as I scrubbed it on my skin. And the area of the scrub that I could cover is quite limited.

Scrub Salt + Shower Gel as recommended by the SA

Here I used my favorite Origins Ginger Brust shower gel to try with the Salt.

Here I could say that the salt does not melt immediately with my shower gel making it easier to scrub compare with the earlier one salt+water. I scrubbed in circular motion and slowly the salt melted and I washed if off with water.

Result : The smell of the salt is not too strong although it consist aromatherapy oils. And as the salt is very fine and easy to melt I would advice to follow the sales consultant's suggestion to use it together with shower gel. After using it, I felt my skin is softer, smoother and have the feeling of squeaky clean

NOTD : Lunasol Natural Beige

How often I go Beige, almost never because I never look good in beige eyeshadow or beige clothing which explains that I did not get the latest Lunasol Christmas Holiday 2010 collection...although it was so damn worth... and I'm love with the pouch instead..!!!

So a while ago whem I got this Lunasol Natural Beige nail polish from an online contest I wasn't too keen to try. But this is Lunasol... so I gotta try this out!! Turned out the color actually look quite good on my nail. Very clean look!

My comment : The nail polish is quite quick drying compare to some of my nail polish. However I do need to apply 3 layers of nail polish here because the coverage is a bit sheer.
