Logitech Mini Boombox is not only small & light but it's powerful wherever you go!

I attended Logitech Mini Boombox media launch event last week to find out what is this about.

Logitech unveiled this Logitech Mini Boombox, a compact sound system for music, movies, games and calls that pairs easily with smartphones, tablets and other Bluetooth enabled devices.

I am sure you guys are wondering how "mini" is this speaker? Well I did a comparison with my hand. Although this Logitech Mini Boombox may looked small but it is big on performance. It features a specifically designed acoustic chamber that lets us enjoy great sound with enchanced bass and the handy speaker with built-in mic that gives us clear calls in the office or in the car.

Logitech Mini Boombox pairs easily with popular smartphone, tablets and other devices that support Bluetooth Advance Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), and works with phonnes that support Bluetooth Hands-Free Profile (HFP 1.5). It features an internal battery that charges over USB and have 10 hours of standby.

It has a backlit touch control panel , easy to use even at dark area.

First Day in Siam Reap - An epic dinner at Tonle Sap

I stayed in Rithy Rine Angkor Hotel, book through Agoda.com

Breakfast in hotel. Yummy...fried rice with pork. I like their rice its so chewy!

We reach hotel around 9 something and hotel told us to have our complimentary breakfast first as our last day flight is very early and we would have to miss it. How thoughtful they are!

A tripple room cost us RM146/person

After a rest, we called and booked a sunset dinner cruise at Tonle Sap, which starts at 3.30pm. They came and picked us up in an air-condition van.

Half way pass through a very big lotus farm, we asked him to stop to let us go and see and take pictures.

At the jetty , taking boat to Tonle Sap. Here we are told the business are being monopolised by the Korean!

Walking down to the jetty is a bit scarry because there is no real stairs.

Me in the boat. We were told it's dry season so water is very low around 1 feet hence the water you see in the picture is muddy.

We tooked a similar boat like this too!


Along the way, saw a lot of floating houses at the canal heading to Tonle Sap.


Their life is quite simple. However we even saw school and church floating on Tonle Sap.

During dry season these people live on the Tonle Sap, and during wet season, they have to move to the canal.


Oh yes, they even rear pigs on Tonle Sap. Ewwww.... someone ever fall into the Lake, must have died of infection instead of drowning!!!...

First stop at Crocodile Farm & Catfish farm.

p/s: Guide said the crocodiles rear here will be exported to China market to make leather products!

Saw mother bringing their children with pythons on their body. Asking tourist to take photographs with them for some money.

This little girl keep looking at me hoping I would want to take pictures with the pythons. But no way, I don't like snakes !

This is their life, trying to survice. Children are asked to hold the pythons as if it's their toy!

It was about sunset.

Boarded on the big ship/cruise and just shortly dinner was served. I had an epic dinner! It's not a sunset dinner but a thunderstorm one! Rain is heavy and lots of thunderstorm, everyone was drenched but we still sat and have our dinner and chatted... Someone even said it's like our Last Supper. It's indeed an experience that I will never forget, well worth the USD33/person we paid for !

I'm going to visit Angkor Wat, Cambodia!

This would be my 3rd trip of the year and now I am on the way to Siam Reap, Cambodia for 5 days 4 night trip with another 2 girlfriends! Have heard so much about Angkor Wat and finally I will be there to see this one of the 7 wonders of the world !

While this Angkor Wat structure is stil standing strong, I knew I gotta visit this now before it is gone!

To beat the heat, I will be wearing white shirt and apply lots of sunblock!

Zombies In Malaysia?

Seriously Zombies ????

Zombies roaming on the streets of Malaysia? RUN RUN RUN!

WAIT, since Zombies is real ?

Should we freak out or should we just scratch our heads over this one? What’s more eyebrow-raising is the fact that they’re Blue Zombies! Hmmm… Somehow, we can’t help but keep watching! It’s pretty entertaining and hilarious!

But it shouldn’t be any wonder if these creatures come to live because The Cranberries (my favourite band!!!!!!) – the band that got everyone to sing “Zombies” at the top of their lungs while furiously strumming their air guitars – are coming to Malaysia! And these zombies (one of them is me) are practically dying to grab those tickets for the band’s concert in KL!

Review : Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++

I was invited to the blogger preview like 3 weeks back where the Laneige’s International Visiting Makeup Artist Mr Steven Lee was there to share his latest tips and makeup techniques. It was an interesting session as Mr Steven himself was quite humour and was generous in sharing his tips during our hands-on session!

I am glad that Laneige introduced a total of 3 shades from brightest 21 (natural beige), 23 (sand beige) and darkest 31 (brown beige) because finally I do not need look like a ghost after applying them.

I must say this is the first time I could use a BB without worries because finaly the shade is JUST RIGHT for my skintone. I'm using no 23 (sand beige)


Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ is a BB product hat comes with a special cushion containing the BB liquid. The cushion is designed using the air pump technology. The air pump in the cushion contains bubbles that functions to disperse a thin layer of BB liquid onto the skin with just a light pat. I was told my face temperature will instantly cool by at least 3 degree celcius immediately after patting with the puff.

Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ comes with a special puff.

p/s: I love the mirror that comes with it too ! Foundation, puff and mirror all in a compact = perfect !

This special puff is designed to absorb less moisture than any ordinary puff so that the face stays refreshed.


Upon application, it gives the skin a refreshing soothing and cooling sensation.

Tips on How to Take care of the Puff

Keep the puff clean at all time and gently massage it to lukewarm water with neutral detergent or puff cleanser to wash it. Rise throughly until the detergent is washed away, squeeze out moisture and dry completely in cool dry place. This way you will be able to use it for an extended period of time.

The puff and cushion are in two seperate containers to preserve the acrive ingredients ad their functionality. This product is formulated with five active ingredients namely Silymarin Bead Tree and y-PGA for a whitening and moisturizing effect, Mineral Water to provide cooling refreshing sensation to the skin, and Sun Protection ingredients.

Let me show you a comparison before and after using it. All these pictures are without any touch-up.

The recommended method of using this Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++liquid foundation is that you must use puff to pat on our skin build up the foundation evenly.

Mr Steven said that in order to create glowing look, we should dab a bit more of Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ foundation on our temple, nose and cheek area.

Review : I can see Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ immediately brightened up my skin complexion and gave me an an even medium coverage where some of the pigmentation and spots are properly covered/hidden with just one layer of application. It wasn't sticky & actually quite long lasting after setting it with loose powder.

I put this to a try, by applying this on the morning before I went to Kuala Selangor for an outdoor activity with Tourism Selangor and after all those activities under the hot sun, I must say Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ foundation stays pretty well on my skin even after the outing and I could now say that it is really sweat proof!

I tried Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ foudation using the recommended method which is using the special puff and pat on my face my face and I did feel the cooling sensation instantly for the first few second. And when I used to apply directly with my fingers I do not feel the cooling sensation at all. Applying with the puff needs a little more of technique because the foundation that picked by the puff is not even and need keep dabbing to build up the foundation. I have master the technique of using it after a few tries and now it is so easy to apply that I am falling in love with it!

Pros : An even medium coverage, Sweat proof, High SPF, cooling sensation when applying with the puff

Cons : The refill (15g) don't last me very long
