As promised this is the Kanebo Lunasol 15th Anniversary Summer 2014 Collection. This is a special preview brought exclusive for you readers here as the collection has not be launched anywhere in the world. Yes you see it here first!

The thing about Lunasol 15th Anniversary Summer 2014 Collection is that the colour gives can differ totally depending on the glow added to it. 

These are the products under Kanebo Lunasol 2014 Summer Collection at the event, the lighting is bad. So  I would be posting some pictures from PR to compensate.

Compared to the Spring Sandy Beach Purification Makeup Collection 2014 , I prefer Lunasol 15th Anniversary Summer 2014 Collection more as the colours and texture are much more nicer. In fact the Lunasol 15th Anniversary Summer Eyes EX02 Warm Coral Collection is already in my wishlist now!

Lunasol Spring Sandy Beige Purification Makeup Collection 2014

At the previous Kanebo's anniversary event I also managed to check out Kanebo Lunasol Spring Makeup Collection 2014. Although this has been made available on the counter since early January however I do not think there is a media launch for this hence there is a lack of news of this collection. So I will be sharing some of the pictures & pricing of this Lunasol Spring Sandy Beige Purification Makeup Collection 2014 here.

Lunasol Sand Natural eyes has four colour eyes shadow set that consists of beautiful monotone colours, as it cut from the scenery of sand. I have tried the texture and honestly they are not my favourite one. Their colours are very natural and light.

The first sight, I spotted the famous Lunasol Eye Shadow Skin Modeling Eyes 01 Beige Beige eyeshadow colour similarity in the makeup palette. Upon asking, it's true that Beige Beige has been incorporated into the eyes makeup collection.

Personally I have tried to swatch the eyeshadow and the texture is amazing. Very fine, smooth and pigmented . And this actually reminds me why I do like Lunasol eyeshadow very much.

Tutorial on how to use Kanebo Lunasol 15th Anniversary Makeup Palette

I was told that the palette could be deported and  the golden pouch can be reused.

Kanebo Lunasol 15th Anniversary Makeup Palette is priced at RM 368. Although this does not come cheap but considering that there are 6 full size eyeshadow colour, 1 full size blusher and 1 full size press powder make up for the price. The pouch and travel size mascara & lipgloss are add on value. Besides this a limited edition palette and honestly it would be a good makeup palette to own because all the colours in the palette is suitable for daily use and the quality of the eyeshadow is great. Their blusher itself also is really pretty too. And if this is the first time coming across Lunasol, well this Kanebo Lunasol 15th Anniversary Makeup Palette is definitely a good one to own as their Beige Beige eyeshadow colours definitely would not disappoint you. 

I was thinking to get this... so last weekends when I was at the mall and went to check for this. I was told it was out of stock the moment it arrived the counter as it was reserved by many regular customers, it gave me no suprise as this is a limited edition and definitely a good one to own. However I was told there are still a few scattering around. So you might want to check Kanebo Malaysia facebook to see where they are.

Besides the makeup palette, at the event Kanebo Lunasol Modeling Beige Skin SPF 30 PA++  was also launched. This is the first Lunasol base makeup product which is inspired by Beige Beige from Skin Modelling Eyes which was released in 2007. The product is thoroughly infused with the e effects of Beige Beige that naturally conditions the skin tone and texture while bringing out three-dimensionality.

The succulent light texture made from water and oil in a one-to-one ratio creates an ultra-thin film that becomes integrated with the skin, as if wearing a fine, translucent veil. This is a whole new multi-tasking base makeup that can be used alone or also be used together with your own foundation or makeup base. I have not tried the product yet because it is not yet available in store.

Kanebo Lunasol Modeling Beige Skin SPF 30 PA++  would be available in Malaysia at RM148 in all Kanebo counters (such as in Isetan, Gardens and Parkson)

Exclusive interview with Yu Heng as the Freshel’s Ambassador in Malaysia

Last week I had an exclusive interview with Yu Heng ( 宇珩 ) who is the newly appointed Freshel's Malaysia Ambassador.  Yu Heng a very talented Malaysian songwriter & singer hailed from Bentong, Pahang is now based in Taiwan has written many songs for herself and other singers including Z-Chen, Twins, Fish Leong, and Ding Dan.

Yu Heng said that she is happy with her collaboration with Freshel Malaysia because she finds that Freshel skincare really works for her. She said that she doesn't like to complicate things and prefers to keep things simple. When it comes to beauty, the most important thing to her is hydration.

- This is my favourite and I have tried it personally during the previous event. Love how my pores looked smaller and face is smoother after applying it. The shade medium beige matched my skin perfectly 

At the event also, we have a special preview of the new Kanebo Freshel CC Cream. Unlike the BB Cream, CC Cream stands for colour correction cream is a skincare cream that corrects visible skin colour tone by evening it out and reducing dullness. It's usually more watery, smoother, lighter feel compared to BB Cream. Although it can be removed with a regular face wash, I would always suggest to double cleanse the skin. 

Freshel CC Cream which comes with SPF20 PA++ has 5 functions all in one ie. essence, emulsion, cream, sunscreen and tinted makeup base. It also helps to camouflage dullness and skin colours to attain bright, natural skin without applying base makeup. It has moisturizing effect with double collagen and hyaluronic acid. 

Kanebo Freshel CC Cream is not available yet as this product would be only be officially launched in May 2014.

She shared that besides using Freshel daily, she usually warmed up the products with her palm before she massage into the skin for better absorption. 

During the interview, Yu Heng told us that she is coming back to Malaysia this May for Freshel's event and I guess is the Freshel CC Cream launch.
